The first version of Clockout was a closing-checklist app one of our founders built for his own bar group. It replaced a clipboard at the back door with something his team would actually use.
That worked. Then a manager asked why the schedule could not also live there. Then a partner asked why the tip pool could not. Then a multi-unit owner asked why we did not handle reviews. Each problem was the same shape: pieces of a restaurant's brain scattered across software that did not talk to each other.
Clockout exists to put those pieces back together. One operator view. Six AI agents who own the boring, important parts. A team built with operators, not for them. Built for Tuesday, not for a SaaS deck.
